Chris founded Annona Search having held positions in senior management for several leading recruitment businesses during times of significant growth and change. He brings experience of starting up and leading search businesses in Europe and Asia, transforming the recruitment operations for listed and independent companies, and creating and implementing business strategy. Chris carries a successful track record in six continents, placing senior professionals with clients in Consumer, Life Sciences, Chemical & Industrial, and Financial & Professional Services sectors. He gained a BSc. from Newcastle University reading Economics, Psychology, Mathematics and Statistics.
Wendy Foster Lead Consultant
Wendy’s network of senior industry figures is world-class and world-wide. Her authentic and insightful approach is fundamental to her long-standing relationships with business leaders across our key markets of Life-Sciences & Agribusiness, Consumer & Packaging, and Industrial & Chemical. As our Lead Consultant, Wendy manages international executive search assignments for Leaders and Future Leaders of Global Engineering, Procurement & Supply Chain, and Manufacturing Excellence. She works closely with our Research Associate to identify and assess high-potential candidates as well as contributing significantly to the development of our service offering and our proprietary thought material.
Ana Parente Research Associate
Ana leads the Annona Search research function and manages the delivery of our client search projects. In this role she coordinates the activities of our research colleagues as well as applying a highly professional, first-touch approach to senior candidate engagements. Her experience with international executive search and assessments, selecting high-potential recruits across a range of commercial and operational functions, brings our research function the business acumen and assessment techniques fundamental to sustaining Annona Search’s outstanding record of customer satisfaction. Ana speaks her native Portuguese as well as fluent English and Spanish. Her academic achievements include a Master’s degree in Organisational Psychology.
Mike Innes Managing Director
Mike is a regional Director with responsibility for an extensive international portfolio. He has more than 15 years experience in the recruitment industry, amassing a wealth of understanding and experience of the engineering and technical professions. Mike has particular expertise in the Energy and Infrastructure sectors and significant exposure to other sectors including Manufacturing, Mining and Life Sciences. He provides strategic direction to his many customers as well as finding and delivering the leading talent they require to make their organisations more successful. Mike holds a BSc honours degree in Product Design Engineering from the University of Bournemouth.
Allen Taylor Global Technology Manager
Allen has over 20 years of experience in Information Technology, 15 of those specifically in the field of recruitment from both the client and supplier perspective. He has delivered market leading systems to a number of organisations such as Alexander Mann, Siemens, Hays, and Egon Zehnder. Allen is responsible for research, development and deployment of the latest technologies as well as managing infrastructure and services. Allen is an accredited Prince 2 certified Project Manager.
Lauren Sheehan Technology and Marketing Coordinator
Lauren has gained an excellent knowledge in using recruitment technology and social media, ensuring we maintain effective communication with our customers. Lauren tracks all the latest online trends keeping us well informed and is an all round social media guru. She also structures and maintains the execution of our many marketing campaigns. Lauren gained a BSc in Information Technology (Upper Second Class) from the University of East London.
Clare Davis Quality Coordinator
Clare has over 15 years’ experience in the recruitment industry gained in the fields of administration and quality assurance. Over the last 6 years, Clare has specialised in quality, acting as the company’s certified internal auditor and quality coordinator. Her role involves not only auditing but seeking to help our staff identify and implement continual improvement of the company’s management systems. Clare has a BTEC in business and finance gained from Loxley College, Sheffield.
Charles Hutton Finance Manager
Charles has worked in finance for over 20 years. He has over 12 years experience of working within the recruitment sector. Charles provides strategic, analytical and planning support to the business and ensures statutory compliance in each of these areas. He has achieved certification with the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA).
